Returns Policy
Items can only be returned for an exchange to a different size. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. The Alumni Association of the University of Michigan will cover the cost to ship the new size(s) back to the customer.
We will only pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Shipping
Orders will ship within 4-6 weeks of ordering*.
